How does it work?
To give you a quote, we require a copy of the original document to be translated. This can be a scan turned into a PDF document, or a scan picture taken with an App like CamScanner.
We will review the document and prepare a quote and turnaround time. If you choose to accept it, you will receive an invoice for payment and the address to pick up the printed translation. You will also receive PDF version of the translation.
We are happy to answer all of your questions by email or by phone, after receiving the document to be translated.
In order to offer the best solution for your event, we need as much information as possible. This includes the languages will be spoken, how many participants will require interpretation, estimated event schedule, etc. Once we review this information, we will call you to review the finer details and then you will receive a quote. Once the contract is signed, we will get you the best professionals for your event, from interpreters to AV technicians.
